By using NUMIB, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NUMIB (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including users without a registered account, users with a free account, and customers on paid plans.

2. Description of Service

NUMIB is a business communication and management platform that offers:

  • Unified inbox for WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM and Facebook Messenger
  • Order and customer management
  • Multi-warehouse inventory control
  • Electronic invoicing (FEL) for Guatemala
  • AI assistant for smart responses
  • Sales pipeline and reports

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Requirements

To use NUMIB, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide truthful and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your credentials with third parties.

4. Plans and Payments

4.1 Available Plans

  • Free Plan: Limited access at no cost
  • Paid Plans: Entrepreneur, SMB, and PRO with advanced features

4.2 Billing

  • Payments are processed monthly or annually according to your choice
  • Prices are shown in USD and may be subject to local taxes
  • Billing is automatic and recurring
  • We do not offer refunds for payments already processed, except where required by law

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' prior notice. Changes do not affect the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

By using NUMIB, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Transmit viruses, malware or harmful code
  • Reverse engineer the platform
  • Use the platform for spam or unsolicited mass communications
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Use unauthorized bots or automation

6. Intellectual Property

NUMIB and all its content (code, design, logos, text) are owned by NUMIB and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your data (conversations, orders, customers) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

7. Warranties and Limitations

7.1 Availability

We strive to maintain the service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. There may be scheduled maintenance or unexpected interruptions.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

NUMIB is provided "as is". We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from the settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period
  • Automatic refunds are not processed
  • You can export your data before deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

9. Third-Party Integrations

NUMIB integrates with third-party services (Meta for WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger, Guatemala's SAT for FEL). Use of these integrations is subject to each provider's terms of service.

We are not responsible for changes, interruptions or discontinuation of third-party services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Guatemala.
