We use Meta's official API. You connect through Meta Business Manager: verify your business, link your Facebook Page and Instagram account. The process takes 15-30 minutes and we guide you step by step.
Is there an additional cost for Messenger and Instagram messaging?
No. Messenger and Instagram messaging are included in your NUMIB plan at no additional per-conversation cost.
Does NUMIB support multiple Instagram and Messenger accounts?
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can connect multiple Instagram and Messenger lines, allowing different team members to manage their own channels.
Does NUMIB charge commission on sales?
No. You only pay the monthly subscription ($0 to $129). No transaction fees.
What does "processed messages/month" mean?
Total messages sent + received. Example: customer asks (1) + you respond (1) = 2 messages. At the limit, you can upgrade your plan.
How does FEL invoicing work?
NUMIB prepares the data and generates the electronic invoice. You can connect your authorized certifier. The result is an official FEL invoice.
Do you offer a trial period?
Yes. All paid plans include 30 days free. No credit card required.
Is my data secure?
AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 servers, daily backups, 2FA. We never sell or share your data.
What data does NUMIB access from my Facebook or Instagram account?
NUMIB only accesses your customers' messages (content, sender name, and timestamps) through Meta's official APIs. We do not access your posts, photos, friends, ad data, or any personal information beyond what is needed to display and reply to messages. See our privacy policy for full details.
Can I revoke NUMIB's access to my Meta accounts?
Yes. You can disconnect your accounts at any time from NUMIB's settings or directly from Meta Business Manager. Once disconnected, we stop accessing your messages. You can also request deletion of all stored data by emailing privacy@numib.com.
